- Award Mr. Hiroaki Kitaike received Kyoto University President’s Award.
- Award Mr. Hiroaki Kitaike (Communications and Computer Engineering Course) was awarded the 23rd IEEE EDS Japan Chapter Student Award.
- Admission Guidelines for Admission to the Master’s Program in Social Informatics through the Special Selection of Overseas Application: AO Admission (Admission in October 2025), and Guidelines for Admission to the Doctoral Program through the Special Selection of Overseas Application, AO Admission (Admission in October 2025) are available.
- Award Mr. Taishi Nakai (Social Informatics Course) was awarded “Information Security Research Encouragement Award” for the research “Higher Decentralization Does Not Necessarily Enhance Resistance to 51% Attacks”.
- Award Mr. Ryoma SATAKE (Dept. Systems Science) was awarded the Outstanding Presentation Award at The 67th Japan Joint Automatic Control Conference for the paper entitled “Multi-Agent Model and Compensation Design of Food Delivery Service”.

Graduate school entrance examinations for each course are usually held from mid-July to mid-August, and depending on the course, secondary recruitment takes place in mid-December or mid-February.
We are also offering admission in October. Please see the admission guidelines for details.
