Applicants who are residing in Japan at the time of applying are not allowed to use the download version. Please get the booklet version of application guideline at the counter of the Graduate School of Informatics, or by mail.

1. Prior to submitting your application documents, applicants who have graduated from a university outside of Japan need to undergo a screening by the Admission Assistance Office (AAO), Kyoto University. For details, access the AAO website above directly.
Applicants must have approval of the professors/associate professors of the Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University prior to submission of the application materials to the Student Affairs Division.
